Returns
At Nue Formula, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
Because skincare is personal and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unopened
It must be in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase
The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
